AVAILABLE TO ALL GREAT HEARTS JUNIORS AND SENIORS
Beginning in the Spring 2025 Semester, Great Hearts Online will be initiating a college credit pilot program which will provide all Great Hearts Junior and Senior scholars an exceptional opportunity to earn college credit while completing their current Humane Letters courses. Under this pilot, scholars will earn college credit through a partnership with Western Texas College (WTC).
DEDICATED TEACHER SUPPORT
This program requires no changes to the existing course curriculum. Scholars will collaborate with a GH Online teacher, who will help guide them in submitting their work via an online Canvas course. This teacher, approved by WTC, will be responsible for evaluating the college-level assignments, providing feedback, and assigning final grades.
COMITTMENT TO COLLEGE PREP
The College Credit Pilot Program allows scholars to begin their college journey early, providing them with valuable academic experience while still in high school. This initiative is part of Great Hearts’ commitment to preparing scholars for success in higher education and beyond. More information about the College Credit Pilot Program will be available soon.
