National Academy Admissions Process

Submit An Application

Fill out the online application for each student seeking to enroll at Great Hearts Online National Academy and submit.

Await Our Call

A member of our Admissions Team will reach out to discuss your child’s needs and answer any questions. Then we will request your $100 application fee and a copy of your student’s birth certificate.

Sign Enrollment Agreement

We will review your transcript and/or any records provided and send an Enrollment Agreement with tuition payment plans for sign off. Once the Enrollment Agreement is signed and deposit received, you will receive login information, class schedules, teacher assignments, and a start date.
