Students expand their number sense to 1,000 and build fluency in multi-digit addition and subtraction. They’re introduced to multiplication and division through skip counting, arrays, and bar models. Problem-solving grows more complex, and students explore time, measurement, geometry, and data—all while moving from concrete strategies to abstract thinking.
