Great Hearts Online Summer School is open to all current and incoming Great Hearts students. All summer courses include daily, live video instruction M-Th, weekly tutoring opportunities, and access to our Great Hearts curriculum using the online learning platform, Canvas.
This course will begin on June 3rd and run through June 30th, during Session 1 (1 Hour) (9:30-10:30). You can view the session schedule HERE. Please note that all times are listed in Arizona Local Time.
Please Note: Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with your receipt and instructions to complete registration through the Jupiter Ed portal. Registration is not complete until you receive confirmation that both payment and the application are complete.

Attendance Policy
This summer school course strengthens core reading, grammar, and writing skills for scholars completing third grade and preparing to enter fourth grade. Students will practice reading and comprehending grade-level passages with accuracy and fluency to build confidence and stamina. Through guided instruction, scholars will identify, understand, and diagram parts of speech and sentence types, including nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns, interjections, conjunctions, and prepositions. In writing, students will develop a three-paragraph essay with unified paragraphs while applying correct punctuation, capitalization, and grammar. The course reinforces foundational language skills and prepares scholars for the increased expectations of fourth grade.
