Studio Art teaches scholars a traditional approach to making art through observation of master artists and practice of the 6 elements of art (lines, shape, form, value, texture, space, and color).

Music Theory provides scholars with a strong foundation of music literacy. Scholars will learn the history of music through observation of great composers as well as study music theory through a comprehensive understanding of the grand staff and the writing and dictation of musical notes, which will culminate in a final musical performance.
